Membership is open to programs at higher education institutions in Australasia that can demonstrate an on-going commitment to the objectives of IDEA.

Affiliate membership is open to programs at higher education institutions in Australasia that do not currently qualify for institutional membership but support the objectives of IDEA. Each program that wishes to become an affiliate member must nominate an individual to be a member on its behalf. The individual must be a senior member of the academic staff of the program. Affiliate members are non-voting members of IDEA.
Associate membership is open to any persons who support the objectives of IDEA. Associate members are non-voting members of IDEA.

Apply For Membership
Applications for membership must be in writing and set out the qualifications of the applicant for membership. Applicants for institutional membership must make a presentation to the Board of current academic and student work which demonstrates an on-going commitment to the objectives of IDEA. Please contact the Chair of IDEA for further details on required information for applications.
